How much do massage therapists get paid at Massage envy?

I've heard that they don't pay very well but I know that they are a Professional establishment and would rather work for them then find out I applied to be a prostitute at another place. I live in Phoenix so they might pay more since it's a big city but I don't know. If you can think of another good massage place I could work I'd appreciate knowing that too please :)How much do massage therapists get paid at Massage envy?
I don't know of other place in Phoenix, I do know some in CA if you ever plan on moving here.





As to Massage Envy, the Massage Therapist that worked for me said they pay as a draw on commission, but better.





They pay a minimum wage say $10 per hour. If your shift is a 5 hour shift you get paid $50 If on that day you had 5 1 hour client, then you get paid $20 each hour times 5, so instead of $50 you get paid $100 that day.





You keep the tips. Massage Envy tries to get their clients to pay a minimum of I think 18% so if they charge an hourly of $39 you get the $20 plus $11 tip making your hourly $31. Complicated, but I guess it works for both parties.How much do massage therapists get paid at Massage envy?
