How much should you tip your massage therapist? Is there some standard for it?

I'm getting a $65.00 maternity massage today, what's a baseline tip?How much should you tip your massage therapist? Is there some standard for it?
Depends on the venue. Often, therapists working at high end spas work on a smaller scale commission, with the balance of their income coming from tips. Therapists working in smaller settings may be getting a higher base commission assuming their tips are not as substantial. If the massage is in a doctor's office, they may even have a no tip policy. In any case, I'm sure you'd be fine with with something around $10. If you want more assurance, call the place beforehand and ask what their tipping policy is. Don't be afraid to do so. As a therapist, tipping is one of the most often asked questions from my new clients. With so many types and venues of masssage, it's no wonder that people are confused. How much should you tip your massage therapist? Is there some standard for it?
Same as spa - 15% - 20%. In your case $10 - $13 assuming service is acceptable, of course.
15 to 20%, the same as a restaurant.
