I disagree with nedree. Arousal during massage is a natural response to touch, and it DOES happen. Touch is a human need. When I was in school, going through my clinicals, this happened to me the first time. It was a little odd, but a good learning experience. My client didn't realize that it had happened until the second time he came to me for a massage. He then realized it and apologized over and over. I assured him that it was a natural response, and I wasn't offended by it. It is completely okay to have feelings of arousal - as long as it is not acted upon by either the client or the therapist.Do regular massage therapists freak out if a man becomes aroused accidentally?
they do not because it dont happen. unless they provoke it. then they ARE NOT a massage therapists.Do regular massage therapists freak out if a man becomes aroused accidentally?
No, they will know what to do with this kind of situation. You will be surprised.
