Commission or rent for Massage therapists?

I own a small massage practice in a small town. Recently a couple of other therapists have sontacted me and want to come work with me. I think it sounds like a good idea, but what are the pros and cons of commission vs rent?

I just cant decide which would be better.

Has anyone on here had a positive or negative experience with either?

Ay advice appreciated!!1Commission or rent for Massage therapists?
Let them be independent contractors and pay you rent always one month in advance. Paying commissions means you're getting involved in the employment scene and it's not worth it. I was an independent contractor in insurance for over 30 years. That's my 2 cents. Good luck.Commission or rent for Massage therapists?
Irish makes good sense. I have to say of you are thinking about a partnership with others you might be heading toward disaster. Charging them rent sounds like you would have a handle on things. On the other hand you could probably even go to a physical therapy office and see if they could use your expertize. I know of a clinic that also offers full body messages as well as facials! You might be able to offer something to an already established business and work out the details of fees with them.Best wishes with your practice.
